BOOKINGS

Booking fees for payments via the app are non-refundable. Payment via bank transfer is available if you want to avoid the booking fee.

Please confirm availability of lessons BEFORE making an online payment. Paying in advance does not guarantee lessons will be available at a time of your choice.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received by Easy Driver Limited. Payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance of each lesson.

Lessons not paid 48 hours prior will be offered to all active students on a first-come-first-serve basis via the Gaps feature of the Total Drive app.

If for any reason we have not made contact with you within 5 working days of making your online payment please text 07449940785 or email chester@easydriver.training.

CANCELLATIONS

Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel a lesson. We will always do our best to find an alternative to take your place but this is not possible without reasonable notice. Therefore, regrettably, lessons cancelled by you less than 48 hours prior to a confirmed booking will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to amend or reschedule driving lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to contact you as far in advance as possible prior to any changes and to seek your agreement before rescheduling. Unused time for lessons cancelled by us will remain credited to your account.

AREA LIMITATION

Lessons and Courses are offered and scheduled on the assumption that pickup and drop off locations are agreed on confirmation of your booking. Any changes to those locations cannot be guaranteed and are made at the sole discretion of the instructor.

Any changes to pick up and drop off locations need to be agreed at least 24 hours in advance.

Any significant difference in travel time to or from the new pickup location will be deducted from the time allocated to the lesson.
